The Website provides access to the ecosystem of Olympia Laboratory which offers you a participation and interaction in diverse computer-generated environmental projects and giving you a smart solutions and benefits for your participation in these projects.

The Terms shall govern your activity on the Website.

The Terms explain the terms and conditions under which you may access and use the Website. You must read the Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Website, you signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the Terms its entirety. Otherwise, you are not authorized to access or use the Webiste.

Access

Olympia Laboratory is a close community and access to the ecosystem of Olympia Laboratory is provided by individual invitation.

To access the ecosystem of Olympia Laboratory you shall create your client account which is going to be controlled by your username and password for access. To create a client account on our Website, you must comply with our KYC&AML requirements which means that your identity document and proof of address, but not limited to, will be required. A client account cannot be created until requested information is provided.

After you have a client account created for you, you will be the sole user.

We kindly ask you to keep your password for access in safe.

If your password for access becomes known, or you suspect that it has become known to somebody else, or another person has had any unauthorized access or has taken actions instead of you, you must immediately notify us by contacting by e-mail: contact@olympia-lab.com. Until the notification moment you bear all responsibility which occurs with or at your client account.

You must inform us of any changes to your e-mail address or any other important information. We will not be held liable for errors made due to incorrect personal information provided.

You acknowledge that all data provided by you within visiting, access the Website and participating in the Olympia Laboratory projects is true , fair, accurate and appropriate. In the case there is a need to provide data on e-wallet address, the e-wallet address provided by you shall be considered as your personal and you owned e-wallet, and when providing e-wallet address you confirm that it is you personal e-wallet and you are the only person who has private key to access the e-wallet.


Termination of access to the Website

These Terms terminate automatically if we permanently cease to operate the Website. For the sake of clarity, this does not include any interruptions (such as maintenance), improvements or a lack of access to the Website.


Termination of access to the client account

You may request that we cancel your client account access at any time. To do this you must notify us in writing.

We may suspend or cancel your client account access immediately:

  • in the event of your death, if we become aware of your legal incapacity;
  • if you breach these Terms;
  • to comply with a court order or other legal requirements;
  • if we have reason to believe your client account access has been compromised;
  • In case the Company considers the nature of your activity is contradictory towards standards of fair and good practice implemented by the Company and accepted by the community.

If your client account is cancelled for whatever reason, we may, at our sole discretion, delete any websites, files, graphic materials or other content or materials relating to your use of the Website or the services on servers owned by or operated for us, or otherwise in our possession, and we will have no liability to you or any third party for doing so.

Following cancellation or suspension of your client account, you will not be permitted to use the ecosystem of Olympia Laboratory.
